House Rules

1. Let The Pups Say Hello First

We know they’re adorable — but let our pups come to you! They’re super friendly, but just like people, they like to set the pace.

2. Four Paws Stay On The Floor

Our pups love a snuggle—but if you’d like to hold one, please make sure you’re sitting down. For their safety, no holding while standing or walking around. Lap cuddles only, please!

3. Little Humans Need Big Supervision

Little humans (toddlers & children) must bring a grown-up buddy with them! For every toddler & child ticket, a supervising adult ticket is needed to be purchased so everyone stays safe!

4. No Treats Please (Even If They Beg!)

We know it’s hard to say no to those eyes, but our dogs are on special diets. All snacks go to the humans only!

5. Snap Away, But No Flash!

Photos are totally okay (and encouraged)! Just no flash, and please be mindful not to crowd the pups.

6. Our Team Knows Best

Our staff are here to make sure everyone has a safe, happy time — so if they give you a gentle nudge, it’s all out of care.

7. Be Kind, Be Calm, Be Present

This is a cozy, feel-good space. Keep phone time short, voices soft, and hearts open.
